2. Exchange for Faulty Items Only
If you receive an item that is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to offer an exchange for the same, identical item. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, and you must contact us within 3 to 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. Conditions for Exchange
The item must be unused, with tags still attached.
The product must have a manufacturing defect. Personal preferences (e.g., size or color) are not valid reasons for exchange.
Proof of purchase is required to process the exchange.
