Refund Policy
At Bodied By Labs, we take pride in providing high-quality shapewear that helps you feel confident and comfortable. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, we do allow exchanges on faulty items under the following conditions:
1. Faulty Items Only – Exchanges are only accepted if the item has a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon arrival.
2. Timeframe – You must request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Condition of Item – The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
4. Exchange Process – To request an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@bodiedbylabs.com with your order number and clear photos of the faulty item. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
If the item is eligible for exchange, we will replace it with the same product (subject to availability). If the exact item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or a similar replacement.
